How to report wrong hospital phone numbers, addresses, appointment links and doctor listings
Hospital information changes often. This page explains how dubai-hospitals.org/ reviews corrections, what evidence we need, and how we prioritize updates that affect user safety and access.
What we correct
Contact changes
Phone number, call center number, department extension, WhatsApp contact where officially listed.
Location changes
Moved branch, updated address, wrong map pin, changed entrance, closed or renamed facility.
Appointment changes
New booking link, changed portal, OPD route, online appointment page or official app link.
Information to include in your correction email
- Page URL: paste the dubai-hospitals.org/ page that contains the issue.
- Wrong detail: identify the exact phone, address, map, doctor, department or appointment link.
- Correct detail: write the updated information clearly.
- Official source: include a hospital website URL, authority listing URL or official announcement.
- Your relationship: tell us if you are a hospital representative, patient, staff member or general reader.
Update priority

Corrections we may decline
- Claims that a hospital is “best” without objective official support.
- Requests to remove accurate directory references simply because a page ranks in search.
- Unverified doctor rankings, sponsored copy or promotional descriptions.
- Clinical claims about treatment outcomes, success rates or medical superiority.
- Changes that cannot be connected to an official or reliable source.
